After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete consent and payment forms. Once these are submitted, we’ll send you a link to join your telehealth appointment at the scheduled time, accessible from any smartphone, tablet, or computer.
How much is a virtual urgent care visit?
For our members, the cost of a virtual urgent care visit may be fully covered depending on membership level. For non-members, the visit fee is $99.
Does my insurance cover virtual urgent care?
We do not bill insurance companies for our services. Instead, we provide an affordable one-time payment option, allowing patients to consult with a provider conveniently from their home.
Can you send prescriptions?
Yes, we can electronically prescribe medications directly to your pharmacy, streamlining the prescription process. Please note that state law prohibits us from prescribing opiate pain medication or other scheduled medications via virtual visits.
